Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things happen and you may want to make a change with a purchase you made with us. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so whenever possible, and at our sole discretion, we will refund you. Although these guidelines apply to most of our products, they may not apply to your specific case.

For security reasons, we cannot issue refunds over chat, phone, or email. We also do not provide paper check refunds. You must provide a Venmo or Paypal account for refunds. No exceptions.

Here's the list of products which you can/can't receive a refund:

Domains: Once registered we don't offer any refunds. We will always verify with you before registering any new domain for you. We automatically register any current domains in our control.

Hosting: We do offer prorated refunds on hosting. Refunds will be prorated from the moment zero storage is being used by your organization/website. Each remaining paid month will be paid at 60% of value at time of refund. Refunds can take up to 90 days to process. Please be patient.

Websites: We do not offer refunds on work done. We will ask for your approval before remaining balance is due. Please review sites at this point, No refunds are givin on deposits.

SEO: We can not offer refunds on SEO work done. You can ask for a full refund within 48 hours of initial purchase though.

Offboarding charges may be applied/charged to any outgoing client. We do our best to make any tranfers as painless as possible but these things can take time. We reserve the right to charge for any time involved in adding or removing your services from us to another provider. This includes domains, websites, email accounts or forms. We limit these charges to no more then 3 hours of labor.
